Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., promotes six.

Jamie Davis, P.E., has been named Vice President. She manages the Finger Lakes office in Skaneateles Falls, NY. With the firm since 1988, Jamie provides the structural design of educational facilities, medical buildings, industrial facilities, office buildings, and renovation projects. Some of her recent design projects include work at Ithaca College, Cornell University, Wells College, and SUNY Upstate Medical University, as well as significant projects at Cayuga Medical Center and Rome Memorial Hospital. She has served as president of the Mohawk-Hudson Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Jack Healy, P.E., has been promoted to Principal. With the firm since 1998, Jack manages many of the firm's masonry restoration, forensic engineering, and parking structure projects. Jack has served as president of the Capital District Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers and is professionally licensed in NY and MA. His project experience includes: the restoration of the north tower of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (Albany, NY); stone entry repairs to the Alfred E. Smith Building (Albany, NY); and acoustic emission testing at Fort Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY).

Chris Latreille, P.E., has been named an Associate. Chris joined the firm in 2001. His project experience includes the Health Science Center Building at Yale University, the Gateway Building at Ithaca College, and the Educational Opportunities Center at the University of Buffalo. Chris is the vice president of the Central New York Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.

Jill Shorter has been named an Associate. With the firm since 2000, she is Marketing Coordinator at Ryan-Biggs. Jill is responsible for new business development, information and data management, and coordinating public relations for the firm's two offices. She manages advertising, the development of media and promotional materials, and proposal preparation. Jill is Education Co-Director for the Upstate New York Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Don Trojak has been promoted to Testing Manager. Don joined the firm in 1999 and is an Associate. He has been involved in various projects including: testing at Cornell University (Ithaca, NY); the New York State Education Building (Albany, NY); and the Cathedral of All Saints (Albany, NY).

Matt Yerkey, P.E., has been named an Associate. Matt joined the firm in 1998. He provides structural engineering design and management for historic bridge and contractor support services projects. His project experience includes the structural lifting of I-787 (Albany, NY); replacement of Parker Hollow Road arch culvert (Sydney, NY); and the Sing-Sing Pedestrian Bridge (Ossining, NY). Matt is the Program Chairman for the Eastern New York Chapter of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design.
