Paul A. Rouis III, P.E., Principal
Paul is principal-in-charge for engineering design and renovation of cultural, educational, medical, industrial, and parking structure projects. In addition, he specializes in the design, specification, investigation, and restoration of concrete buildings and parking structures. He oversees the firm’s project management and quality review programs and is the principal-in-charge of finance, marketing, information, and data management.
