Ryan-Biggs provided the structural design for the renovation and alteration of an existing library, built in 1923, for conversion to an office building. The intent was to retain the historical character of the building; the exterior of the building was restored to its original appearance. Inside, the ground floor and the open grand stairway were restored. A third floor was added in the former mezzanine clerestory space. An elevator and two stairs were also added. The total size of the interior was increased from 15,000-square-feet to 20,000-square-feet. Many of the historical elements of the building were salvaged and reused in order to keep the character of the original spaces.
